Does the Library accept donations of video games or board games to add to the collection available for checkout?

We welcome donations of video games, board games, consoles, and gaming accessories that can enrich our library's collection and provide valuable resources for our community.
Our donation guidelines ensure that we maintain a high-quality collection: donated items must be in presentable, fully functional condition, with original packaging preferred. We will carefully review each donation to ensure we are not duplicating existing materials, and that the games, consoles, and accessories meet our standards for inclusion. By contributing your gently used games and gaming equipment, you can help support research, entertainment, and collaborative learning opportunities for ArtCenter students and community members.
What We Accept:
- Video games for all platforms
- Board games and tabletop RPG rule books
- Game consoles and handheld devices
- Gaming accessories (controllers, peripherals)
Donation Guidelines:
- Items must not already exist in our current collection
- Games must be playable and in good condition
- Original packaging is preferred
- Consoles and accessories must be fully functional
