How do I set my preferred pickup location?

Answer

When you request materials for pickup, you can designate the location where you would like to pick them up. If you usually like to pick your items up at the same location, you can set your preferred pickup location so that the dropdown menu will default to your preferred choice. You can always change it during the request process if you would like to pick your items up at a different location.

To change your preferred pickup location:

1. Click on the My Account link on the Library website, and log into your account.

2. When the MY RECORD page appears, click on the Modify Preferences link.

3. In the Preferred Pickup Location section, select your preferred pickup location from the dropdown menu.

4. Click Submit.
